I did a huge update to the Wish List section and added a new "Buying Locally" guide to the Tips page. I recieved this little gal today:

Oh my God, I have had such amazing luck from the community and Ebay.

I managed to snag an ugly face, complete / loose Irwin 12" doll, the Irwin rubber strap, AND the original Irwin plush.

I've also snagged another Uranus pin, too!

I am in absolute heaven! I can't wait to share with you all!

A few tiny gets: heart pin and Kids figure

I got these 2 in the mail today!

I was a little bummed winning this pin because there was a Diana one as well I missed out on only because my phone was acting up. A shame, because the only other time I've seen that pin it's been $23+... these were BIN for $8 each...

On the bright (and wierd) side of things, the "Kids" figure is very different from that "bootleg keychain" I got... now I'm wondering if it's just shoddy official merchandise. Either way, always good to not have a duplicate in my collection. :D 

Huge update with unboxing, new get!

So my FromJapan order arrived a few days ago and I'm happy to share it with you all:

I had recently had this but hadn't posted an updated pic yet!

So, originally I was gonna replace my figure, but I noticed that they're different! The one on the right is the original which was packaged by itself and no lip rod. On the left is the second version packed with Neptune and a mini lip rod. The eyes and stand are different!

Over a foot of Uranus awesomeness. The Excellent M Models are amazing! She's even taller than the Irwin 11.5", of course, on the left. Sailor Team doll is on the left.

I love this one, so cute and has the mini lip rod!

There's the bootleg keychain in the top middle, the orange hair figure on the right.

The keychain is new.

Much to my amazement, the Excellent M Model figure is much much larger than I ever imagined. For $25 before shipping/fees I would say it was well worth it! I have a weak spot for figures like these, either very lightweight, hollow plastic or vinyl.

Don't expect a major update like this for awhile as I'm sure most of the items on my list are the expensive ones. I've seen a lot of the lip rods recently, but god, I can't shell out an entire summer paycheck or more for one. So, sadly, I'll wait on the sidelines!

Irwin Update

Just managed to snag this off Ebay. I really like the Irwin SD figures.

All in all, she truly cost me around $30 shipped, but it was worth it in my opinion.

Collection pics, GE gets!

So I'm on my way~ I got all of the GE Uranus merchandise in today. Boy does it make my crappy paycheck feel better! But before that, I got the Saturn shirt from the Hot Topic sale. Unfortunetly it isn't my size just quite.. I can wear it but I'm worried it'll rip, so for now it's display only.

 

Now, onto the Uranus gets!!!

 

I recieved this spare stand from nitczn on LJ. Now my 11" Irwin Uranus can prepare for battle and not fall over!

The cel phone strap, button, and keychain! I like that all the packaging matches and the cel phone strap looks really nice in person.

I didn't really have anywhere else to hang the sticker... apartments limit the number of holes in the wall... sorry Jupiter!

Okay, so in almost every shot of this the background looks purple. In person, it's BLUE. I really love this scroll now that I've bought it and seen it in person. It's pretty!!

The wallscroll took the place of my Saturn one.

The vol 7 manga!! Not quite here yet.. I'm still on volume 4...
